For the price we paid, we got great value with a clean, spacious room that was conveniently located near all our favorite places in town. The staff, especially the maintenance man, were polite and quick to resolve any issues we had.
The breakfast offerings could have been better with more options to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, close to all my favorite places. The room was clean and roomy, and the beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom was also a highlight. The staff, especially the maintenance man, was polite and resolved any issues quickly.

We recently stayed at a condo in Pigeon Forge for a short getaway. The location was perfect, as we were able to use a back road and avoid a lot of the traffic on the parkway. It was also conveniently located close to all of our favorite places and just a short drive to Dollywood. The condo itself was very clean and spacious, with two comfortable beds in the bedrooms. We especially loved the shower in the master bathroom. Additionally, we enjoyed the fact that we could see the Dollywood fireworks from our balcony. it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the clean and spacious rooms at River Place Condos #501 2Bd. The location was perfect, close to all our favorite places. The beds were comfortable and the shower in the master bath was amazing.
